General terms and Conditions of Use
In Optimal Synergy Group SAS, transparency, and trust are fundamental pillars of our relationship with customers, suppliers and partners. Below, we detail the policies that govern the use of our platform and our business operations.
Date of entry into force: June 25, 2025
The access to, browsing of, registration or use of the e-commerce platform of Optimal Synergy Group S. A. S. ("the Platform") implies full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions. In case you do not agree with any of the points stated here, the user must refrain from using the Platform.
1. Definitions
- Platform: Refers to the web site transactional and its associated features, the property of Optimal Synergy Group S. A. S.
- User: Any natural person or legal entity who accesses, browses, or use the Platform, including visitors, prospects and authorized customers.
- Manager: Person or team designated by Optimal Synergy Group S. A. S. for the management, maintenance and operational control of the Platform.
2. Conditions of Access
- Access to sections and private services of the Platform is restricted to users duly registered and authorized by the Administrator.
- It is strictly forbidden to share access credentials (user name and password) with any unauthorized third parties. The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of your credentials.
- The implementation and the use of mechanisms of two-step verification (2FA), and security codes are required to ensure the integrity and security of the user's account.
3. Obligations of the User
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date during the registration process, and any interaction with the Platform.
- Use the Platform of ethical and legal manner, abstaining from engaging in fraudulent activities, illegal or contrary to good faith commercial, applicable laws or these Terms and Conditions.
- Notify immediately to Optimal Synergy Group S. A. S. on any suspicious or unusual detected in your account, including unauthorized access or breach of security.
4. Intellectual Property
All items and contents of the Platform (texts, images, videos, catalogs, brands, software, designs) are the exclusive property of Optimal Synergy or third-party licensors. It is prohibited its total or partial reproduction without express permission.
5. Platform availability
Optimal Synergy does not guarantee the continuous availability and uninterrupted of the Platform. However, it will be the best technical efforts to ensure its stability.
6. Limitation of Liability
Optimal Synergy will not be responsible for:
- Errors caused by misuse of the Platform.
- Technical failures beyond its infrastructure.
- Losses arising from delays or logistic errors in the information provided by the user.
7. Modifications
Optimal Synergy may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The amendments will be notified in a timely manner and shall enter into force from their publication.
8. Applicable legislation and Jurisdiction
This document is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be settled at the competent courts of the city of Bogotá, D. C., unless otherwise specified.
